Free limousine transfers to and from Kuwait International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel. Please include your flight details in the booking window.
Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.
As per the local laws of Kuwait, a couple staying in the hotel is required to present their marriage certificate and civil ID upon check-in (for residents and nationals of Kuwait only).
A security deposit or pre-authorization on the credit card is taken only for the first night. Full payment of the stay is required upon departure or during the stay.
